What is AI consulting?
AI consulting is help with deciding where AI is worth using in your business and making it work in practice. That can mean learning the tools on your own tasks, having someone build a workflow or tool for you, or getting an outside view on a decision. New Unknown does all three.
Who is New Unknown for?
New Unknown is for people who run a business or a team and want AI to do real work for them. You do not need to know the technology. You need a task you want done or a problem you want solved.
What happens in the free consultation?
You send a short request, and we reply by email within 24 hours. We talk through what you are trying to get done and tell you honestly whether we can help. There is no obligation. If it is a fit, we agree on a plan and get started. If you are not sure what you need, say so. That is a fine place to start.
How much does AI consulting cost?
The consultation is free. After it, we scope the work and agree the price in writing before anything starts. We do not list prices on this site because every job is different.
What do you need from me?
A few sentences on what you are trying to get done is enough to start. If we work together, we will also need access to the information the work depends on, such as spreadsheets, documents, or the systems you already use. We agree on what you get before we start.
What kinds of projects do you take on?
Business reviews, unit economics analysis, deal and risk analysis, AI roadmaps, hands-on working sessions, AI workflows, custom AI tools, data analysis, and one-off builds. If your problem is not on the list, ask anyway.
Do you build things, or only give advice?
Both. We build workflows, custom tools, scripts, and prototypes, then deploy them and hand them over. We also run working sessions where you learn to use AI tools on your own work, and we set up tools to fit how you already work.
What do you not do?
We do not start with the technology. We start with what you are trying to get done. We do not use jargon, and we do not hand you a binder when a short ranked list will do. If we cannot help, we say so. We do not ask for payment details or other sensitive information through the contact form, and we do not sell your details.
